Q. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to the studio.
  • No admittance to class 5 minutes after the start time of class.
  • No cell phones, gum chewing or loose jewelry in class.
  • Grip Socks are suggested.  They are available for purchase at the front desk.
  • Proper workout attire required. No jeans, denim, work clothes, etc., allowed.
  • Notify your instructor of any medical considerations including past and present injuries, pregnancy or medication that might require exercise modifications before the start of class!
  • No children allowed to wait at the studio while class is in session.
  • If you are not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms DO NOT come to the studio.  Please call the studio at 310-405-6394 (Santa Monica) or 818-928-0833 (Studio City) to discuss class cancellation options.
  • Instructors and class types are subject to change without notice. Check the class schedule for updates.
  • You book it, you buy it! Whether you waitlist or book into a class, if you’re added to a class we expect you to show up.
  • Classes are non-transferrable or refundable.

Types of Information we may Collect:

The information we gather falls into two categories: (1) information (for example, your name and address) that you voluntarily supply (for example, when you register as a visitor to the site, or fill out our New Client Registration & Waiver form), and (2) information gathered on usage patterns and preferences as visitors navigate through our sites. In some cases, it is an agent or affiliate of ours that collects the information on our behalf. We may use your registration information to contact you for customer service purposes, to inform you about the services offered over our site or at the studio or of important changes or additions to our site, and to send you newsletters, offers and information that you request or that we think may interest you.Email Newsletters: We may offer you the opportunity to subscribe to email newsletters on topics that we believe are of interest to our visitors. If you have opted to receive our newsletter, you may always unsubscribe later if you decide not to receive further mailings of the newsletter from us. Each newsletter will include instructions on how to unsubscribe from future issues by using either a designated reply email address or hyperlink.Browser Level Information and IP Addresses: Our web servers automatically collect limited information about your computer configuration when you visit our site, including the type of browser software you use, the operating system you’re running, the resolution of your computer monitor, the Web site that referred you, and your IP address. (Your IP address is a numerical address that is used by computers connected to the Internet to identify your computer so that data such as the web pages you want to view can be transmitted to you.) We also use IP address information for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. Your IP address does not tell us who you are. We use this information to deliver web pages to you upon request, to tailor our site to the interests of our users, and to measure traffic within our site.Disclosure of Information:Why we want to know: We collect information in order to make our services and site more useful and relevant to you.Third Parties: We will not share the personally-identifiable information you provide when registering on our site with third parties.Vendors and Provider Partners: To make our sites more valuable to our visitors, we may offer some features in conjunction with other providers (“Provider Partners”). Our email newsletters and email services, may be made available through agreements with providers that specialize in operating such services. In some instances, our Provider Partners will have the same access to your information as we do. Their use of the information will be subject to the terms of their respective privacy policies, which you can find on their sites. We may also use vendors and third-party contractors to help us operate our site, analyze or process data on our behalf, or improve the services that we offer to you. We may provide these vendors and contractors with information about our visitors that is necessary for them to perform the services that we request.Statistical Information: Much of the information we collect is in the form of aggregated statistics, such as the traffic that visits various pages within our sites, and the habits and preferences of our audience. Such aggregated information does not include any information that would identify you personally. We may use such aggregated information and disclose it to third parties as we see fit.Sites to Which We Link: Our site includes links to other sites, and provides access to services offered by third parties, whose privacy policies we don’t control. When you access another site or purchase products or services or conduct other transactions through our sites, use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you’re visiting or the provider of such products or services.Other Disclosures: We may occasionally release information about our visitors when release is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce our New Client Registration & Waiver form, or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our sites and studio, the public, our customers, or our corporation and its employees, agents, partners and affiliates. As our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. In the unlikely event that our company, or the bulk of our assets relating to this site, is acquired by another company, information on our visitors would be among the transferred assets.Storage of Information:All information gathered on our site is stored within a database operated by us or by a contractor on our behalf. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.Changes to this Privacy Policy:If we need to change our privacy policy at some point in the future, we’ll post the changes on our site before they take effect.

  • If you know you are not able to attend your class or session please cancel within 12 hours of your class start time. You will be charged a late cancel fee if you cancel within 12 hours of the start of class.
  • Please do your very best to let us know if you are unable to make class. If you do not show up you will be charged a “no show” fee.

No problem! You may cancel your reservation with no charge up to 12 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class. Tribe Pilates has a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will result in a $15 Late Cancel fee for members and non-members. You will still retain your single class credit.Private and Duet Sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or miss your session, you will be charged for the full cost of the session or one will be deducted from your package if cancelled within 24 hours.If you are not going to make it to class please make every effort to cancel to allow another client to take your spot. Absence to class without a cancellation will result in a $20 No Show fee for members and non-members. You will still retain your single class credit.If you are a member and need to cancel your membership you may do so with 30 days written email notice and the payment of one final month dues. You will receive an email confirmation outlining your cancellation.

• All belongings except for water and a small towel must be kept in our cubbies or safely tucked underneath your reformer.  Please keep belongings to a minimum.

Q: COVID-19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES:

All clients are required to sign a new waiver before taking their first class back to acknowledge your participation in the studio is welcomed as long as you are healthy and observing our new studio policies and procedures. Please see New Client Registration and Waiver for further details.  If you or anyone you have been close to are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, we ask that clients and team members remain home and only return once you are safe and healthy.Sanitation: Our sanitizers are on the EPA’s list of disinfectants for use against SARS-COV-2, the cause of COVID-19. It is an EPA-registered disinfectant that kills 99.9% of germs. Cleanup procedures: After your workout please make sure to clean all of your equipment and props thoroughly with the disposable wipes provided.  We’ve limited props to better control cleaning. If you are unable to clean your equipment and props please alert your instructor and/or team member. Extra Steps:  We have daily cleaning measures in place by our team members to ensure a safe environment throughout the day and our studio is deep cleaned once a week by a professional service. We also have a high-quality air purifier with Medical Grade HEPA and Carbon filters specifically targeting bacteria and tested to remove 99.9% of airborne allergens & particulates.Tribe Pilates has successfully accomplished and fulfilled the requirements of the Covid-19 Assurance Program and have received the Santa Monica Shines seal of approval that we adhere to all the Covid-19 safety practices.  We will keep all the safety measures, protocols and processes ongoing to ensure the health of our community, clients and staff.We so appreciate your cooperation, patience and understanding as we continue adhere to and implement the guidelines put in place by the CDC and LA Department of Public Health.
