Feel Good Flow
Feel good flow is a 45-minute Pilates reformer class that syncs breath and movement. This full-body flow will improve strength, stability and flexibility. It’s a great class for Pilates newbies and seasoned practitioners, that need a refresh on the Pilates foundations.
Accessible to all levels.
Full Body Ignite
Fire up your muscles in this 45-minute Pilates reformer class. This is a full-body workout strengthens and tones major muscle groups and smaller stabilizing muscles. Expect creative and challenging movements to get you stronger from head to toe leaving you vitalized and feeling great.
Advanced Technique
This 45-minute Pilates reformer class is geared for the advanced Pilates practitioner. This class is focused on creative movements to challenge your strength, stability, and balance on the reformer. Prepare to burn, sweat, and repeat in this total body workout! Our instructors get creative by using props to intensify your workout.
Three months of contemporary Pilates reformer experience is recommended. This is not for the novice.
Athletic Reformer
Athletic Reformer Pilates is a fun and challenging full-body class that incorporates props such as free weights, Pilates balls, Pilates circles and resistance bands to get the muscles burning. Expect to lunge, plank, hold, pulse, shake, smile and repeat! Push yourself to grab that heavier weight! Your stronger mind and body will thank you!
Booty + Stems
This 45-minute Pilates reformer class targets the muscles of the lower body — more specifically your glutes, thighs, and hips. This class will light up big muscle groups and small stabilizing muscles that will whip you into peach emoji shape. Concentrated movements for targeted results.
Jump + Reform
Sweat it out and free your mind in this 45-minute Pilates reformer class. We utilize a jumpboard to keep your heart rate up during your Pilates practice while toning your total body. Get ready for a fun, fluid, powerful workout!
